COVID POLICIES
We are taking extra precautions to ensure that you sweat and stretch in the safest way possible. We have plenty of soap and hand-sanitizer on hand and we are taking extra measures to ensure that all high-touch areas are disinfected before each class. The health and well-being of our community has always been a top priority, and we’re leveling up up our protocol and safety standards! We’ve made changes to how we operate—all designed to keep our students, staff, and instructors safe. Here are all the changes you can expect as we re-open our studios. Please know that we will all need to be flexible and open to change as needed.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY:
Keeping each other safe.

We thank you in advance for your help in keeping each other safe! There are a lot of changes and your participation is the only way that they will be effective. We are grateful that our Vegas Yoga Family is the best! We ask that you kindly and respectfully follow the safety guidelines put in place by our government and take the approach to go above and beyond for one another.

Please make sure to practice social distancing when in close, shared spaces like locker rooms and bathrooms. Follow the markers placed around the studio to maintain a safe distance.

Masks are required for everyone.

If you have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to the studio until you’re symptom-free and fever-free for 14 days.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come to the studio for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative for COVID-19.

If you feel unwell or have any concerns about coming in to practice, please stay home and stay safe. The Vegas Yoga Online is coming soon to help you continue your yoga practice at home or on the road!

We recognize that there is a lot going on and all of these changes will take some time to get used to. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns. We are here to help! As the state transitions to opening up the economy please honor your Self, honor each other, be gracious and kind. We cannot wait to sweat with you soon!

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY:
  • TOP-GRADE DISINFECTANT & MORE FREQUENT CLEANING

Staff will use a disinfectant proven to kill viruses like COVID-19 in all common areas before and after check-ins—with a heightened attention to studio floors and all high-touch surfaces after every class.

  • DISINFECTING HIGH-TOUCH SURFACES

After every class, we’ll disinfect doorknobs, handles, barres, light switches, sanitizing stations, bathrooms, sinks, toilets, benches, the front desk, keyboards, computers, phones, and instructor equipment.

  • ULTRAVIOLET UV KIT

All of our studios are equipped with a UV light system specifically designed to disinfect the HVAC unit and purify the air to eliminate pollutants, mold, bacteria, and viruses.

  • NO MORE RENTAL OR SHARED EQUIPMENT

We will no longer offer mat/towel rentals (unless you have a package that comes with it), blocks or resistance bands. Please bring your own mat and towel.

  • FACE MASKS FOR EVERYONE

Everyone, both staff and students, will be required to wear a mask in the studio.

  • LIMITED CLASS SIZES

We will be following the CDC’s recommendation of 6 feet between people, which will significantly reduce the class capacities.

  • TEMPORARILY LESS CLASSES

To allow for more time between classes for cleaning we have less classes on our schedule. See schedule for more details!

BEFORE YOU PRACTICE
  • STAFF HEALTH CHECK

Every staff member and teacher will check their temperature before their shift. When necessary, we’ll follow our elevated temperature procedures.

  • MEMBER HEALTH CHECK

    • If you feel unwell for any reason or have any concerns about coming in to practice, please stay home and stay safe.

    • If you have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to the studio until you’re symptom-free and fever-free for 14 days.

    • If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come to the studio for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative for COVID-19.

  • STAFF HOSPITALITY AND SAFETY

Your studio staff is here to help, from a safe distance. We’ve put a protocol in place that limits staff from leaving the front desk, aside from studio cleaning. When absolutely necessary, staff will (safely) assist you. Our staff will all be wearing masks as well as standing behind the counter during all interactions. This is to protect both you and us.

  • MUST RESERVE YOUR SPOT ONLINE

Because of the very limited number of spots available in each class, you must reserve your spot online. (You will be able to book class up to 24 hours in advance.) We can no longer accept walk-ins. **You are limited to taking one class per day. Please, no doubles. This is to allow everyone the opportunity to practice.

  • THE WAITLIST

If the class is full, try to check on your app or call the studio right before the 2-hour mark before class for students cancelling. You might be lucky and get a spot.

  • CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION BY THE DEADLINE TO AVOID $15 FEE

To allow as many students as possible to take class, we’ll be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy—
you must cancel 2 hours in advance or you will be charged a $15 late cancel fee. (this applies to everyone!)

CHECKING IN
  • STUDIO OPEN 15 MINUTES BEFORE AND AFTER CLASS

In order to minimize the amount of time and people in the studios, we ask that you arrive just 10-15 minutes before class.

  • HAPPY HOUR OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO

With limited occupancy we cannot congregate in the lobby or locker rooms. Thanks for keeping the community safe and keeping those after class connections and conversations outside so we can keep our numbers low.

  • HAND SANITIZER STATIONS

Hand sanitizer stations are at the front desk and the tip box area. Please use as you enter/exit both the studio and the practice room.

  • HANDS-FREE CHECK IN

Let staff at the front desk know when you arrive, and they’ll check in for you.

  • CASH-LESS TRANSACTIONS

We encourage cash-less transactions. Please put a credit card on file for your account if you would like to purchase water or retail.

  • SOCIAL DISTANCING PRACTICES

Our staff will work to get members in and out of studios, while maintaining social distancing practices. To help, floor markers will indicate a safe distance in the lobby, locker rooms, and bathrooms. We ask that you avoid waiting for class in these high-traffic areas, and consider waiting outside or in your car if you’re comfortable and weather permits it. We have missed you all so much, but we will only be giving out air high fives and thumbs up for now. 6’ of space, even between friends.

  • PERSONAL ITEMS

We highly suggest bringing in as little as possible. The lockers and cubbies will be closed at this time, but you can bring your items into the room with you and put them right near your mat. If you do choose to bring your items in the room with you, we ask that you completely turn your phone off to avoid disruptions.

  • EMERGENCY WATER FOUNTAIN USE ONLY

We strongly urge you to bring your own water or purchase from the studio.

DURING CLASS
  • FLOOR MARKERS ON WHERE TO PLACE YOUR MAT

The top of your mat must be lined up with one of the markers on the floor. No exceptions. Please stay on your mat during class and honor everyone’s space.

  • LATE ENTRIES

Once the studio door closes and class starts, we won’t be able to let anyone else in.

AFTER CLASS
  • SHOWER ACCESS

Showers will be unavailable until further notice.

  • STUDIO CLOSES 15 MINUTES AFTER CLASS

Please enjoy final savasana. And we do ask that everyone be cleared out of the studio 15 minutes after class to give us time to clean and prepare for the next class.

  • THE BOUTIQUE

Our retail boutique will still be available, but we ask that you avoid touching items as much as possible. If you’d like to make a purchase, please stand on the floor marker when waiting in line.

  • RETAIL RETURNS

We won’t be allowing you to try items on before buying, but will still accept returns. If you do return an item, we won’t put it back on the floor until deemed safe by apparel industry standards.

A great studio with great staff and great students. I visited a couple of times while in Vegas with work and was made to feel very at home. Really magic. Thanks!

New to Yoga, much less Bikram yoga. I needed a program to help with flexibility and mobility. Only 6 classes in, but really enjoy both the program and the instructors. It’s tough- but rewarding. Christiana is excellent; enjoyed Frank’s session as well.
